At GenResult AI, we strive to ensure fair and transparent handling of all payments and credits. This Refund Policy outlines when users are eligible for refunds and when purchases or credits are considered non-refundable.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Duplicate purchases where credits were bought more than once by mistake and have not been used.
Service capture failure — when a third-party provider (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini) marks a task as completed, but our platform fails to capture or deliver the final result. In this case, the equivalent credits will be reimbursed directly to the user’s GenResult account wallet.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Duplicate purchases after the credits have been used;
Remaining credits in accounts suspended or banned due to violation of our Terms of Service or Content Policies;
Credits that have been used, even if the generated output is not fully as expected;
Cases of misuse, abuse, or policy violations;
Service interruptions or limitations caused by third-party providers outside of our control.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days after the request is reviewed and validated.
Refunds of GenResult account credits (in-app wallet) will typically appear immediately after approval.

Description of the issue or failed task.
We may require additional information to verify eligibility before processing the refund.
All refund decisions are final once processed.
Refunds will be returned using the same payment method used for purchase, or as GenResult wallet credits where applicable.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations or third-party dependencies.
